Dr Siew-Fang Law
刘晓芳博士
Dr. Law Siew-Fang is an educator, mediator, and leadership coach specializing in social and applied psychology, peace psychology, conflict resolution, DEI, community development, and root therapy. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, nonprofit, and international development, including serving on university and nonprofit boards.
Dr. Law built the Bento Box of Care tools, models, and methods from her training and research in social and applied psychology, senior leadership experience, and personal experience as a woman of color working in different industries. Her leadership training framework incorporates intersectionality, cross-cultural, cross-sector, and cross-generational perspectives.
She is the co-founder and CEO of Bento Box of Care, where she translates her decades of research knowledge and methods into applicable tools so that leaders can be more caring and create a culture of care.
HANNES VAN RENSBURG
Hannes is a leader with 37 years of experience in caring for organisations and teams, primarily in health, safety, environment, community, risk management and philanthropy. He has worked with team members in Australia, South Africa, Mozambique, North America, Europe and South America to significantly improve their leadership and, through this, health, safety, social and responsibility (HSECR) performance in the heavy transport (rail and road), chemicals, metallurgy and mining industries.
Hannes has been privileged to work for two of the world’s largest companies in their respective sectors: The Dow Chemical Company and BHP Billiton, the world’s largest natural resources company.
In 2021, he founded the JANSZ Centre for Leadership Excellence and has had the privilege of helping to create programmes that develop true safety leaders. His clients include Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, South32, Stockland and Woodside Energy.
In 2024, Hannes co-founded Bento Box of Care Pty Ltd with Dr Siew-Fang Law. He is excited and passionate about their vision of developing authentic, caring leaders and creating a culture of care in their respective areas of responsibility, and in doing so, he himself will become a better person.
